Jamcracker Translation Tool

Globalization has enabled businesses to go global by connecting with people in various countries. However, language still remains a challenge for the businesses to reach larger audience.

To help bridge this language barrier, you can use Jamcracker translation tool. With Jamcracker translation tool, you have a virtual world of professional translation at your fingertips. Jamcracker translation system takes care of all technical aspects and allows translators to concentrate on the translation exclusively.

Jamcracker translation tool, has built dedicated client interfaces for software applications, websites and help manuals.

These interfaces provide a simple translation process for clients. You can enjoy the full power of our translation system, without having to know it’s inner-working.

You only import the files from the source server, and the system does the rest by extracting all the texts from the source server and you just translate the values. At the end of the translation process, the system builds back the translations in their original format. You can export the same into your target servers. This tool acts as a repository for you, you can store the content in multiple languages and use appropriately.

Note: Properties files such as .ftl, .XML, .HTML and, Help files have to be translated outside Jamcracker translation tool and sent to Jamcracker Support.
Note: Excel file obtained after exporting from Jamcracker translation tool, needs to be sent to Jamcracker Support for uploading into the JSDN system.
Note: Email Translation - If you have not customezied your Store emails, you can translate emails using Jamcracker translation tool. However, if you have already customized your Store emails through JSDN UI (Store > Setup > Customer Email Notifications), the newly translated content won't impact your changes.
